Day Break

Our Community based Day Break III Adult Care Program, sponsored by Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County, provides respite and caregivers support services while enhancing the quality of life for both the participant and care giver.

Our Licensed Adult Care Program offers array if safe and interactive social recreational and educational activities including daily exercise, music, art and reminiscing. We also hold free monthly caregivers support group meeting and invite anyone interested to attend.

5 days a week Monday thru Friday from 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.

Cost

Reasonable rates based on a sliding scale

Include a nutritious hot lunch and afternoon snack

Held second Tuesdays of each month 5:00 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. Cost: Free

Volunteer Opportunities
